2003

Young Performers 2003: Our Junior Song & Dance class appeared at Her Majesty's Theatre on Sunday 16 November. They performed two routines: Oklahoma and Abba. We had a wonderful day and it was a great experience for all the children, especially some of the senior students who are considering a career in theatre.

Brewhouse Dance Day: In November our senior students spent a day at the Brewhouse Arts Centre. Miss Sally led classes in Modern Jazz, Ballet and Singing. It was a good opportunity to work in a fully fitted professional dance studio.

Cabaret Theatre School Littleover: In September Cabaret Theatre School started classes in Littleover, following the retirement of Carole Robison. Both Sally and Claire Everson trained at the Carole Robison School of Dance before working as professional dancers. The school runs on Saturday mornings at the Grange Hall, Park Lane, Littleover.

Festivals: This year we competed at festivals in Coventry, Derby and Coalville. These were our medal winners...

As a gold medal winner Chloe was invited to perform at Derby's Amateur Theatre Awards.

Coalville:
Josie & Alice... Song & Dance duet...84%, Silver Medal
Chloe.............. Acrobatic solo...........87%, Silver Medal
