SALLY EVERSON Miss Sally is a Licentiate member of the International Dance Teachers Association: IDTA She trained as a dancer from the age of five, at the Carole Robison School of Dance in Derby and turned professional at the age of nineteen. She worked as a dancer in cabaret shows in Portugal, Greece and Japan for three years and retired at the age of 22! Miss Sally opened Cabaret Theatre School in Stretton in September 1996. Fifteen children attended the very first class - eleven years later the school has around 160 pupils. She opened a second branch of Cabaret Theatre School in Littleover, Derby in 2003, taking over the school where she had trained as a child when her former dance teacher decided to retire. |

CLAIRE EVERSON Claire is a professional Singer/Dancer. Between her contracts she is a regular guest teacher at Cabaret Theatre School, giving pupils first hand experience of a professional career in the theatre. Claire specialises in Musical Theatre coaching. She trained at the Carole Robison School of Dance, Derby and later at the London School of Musical Theatre. Her professional credits include dancing on Cruise Ships, in the pantomime ‘Dick Whittington’ at the Festival Theatre, Malvern; Singer in the UK Tour of ‘Forever in Blue Jeans’; Fairy Bowbells, in ‘Dick Whittington’ in Scarborough and Dance Captain for the UK Tour of ‘Jus’ Like That’ with Jerome Flynn. |
